Everyone is always welcome to join us at any of our activities.
You do not have to have an ostomy to attend, become a member, or support our organization.
Local membership in the Greater Cincinnati Chapter is free; however, your support
is greatly appreciated. We have always provided free membership for anyone who
could not afford the membership dues, but starting in 2005, we decided to ask for
tax deductible donations, in lieu of membership dues. We still require that you
renew your membership each year, and ask that you consider sending in a donation
to help us provide our newsletter service. Suggested tax deductible
donation is $20.00, although we would greatly appreciate, if you are fortunate
enough, to round it up to $25, $35, or even more.
Local membership includes our Greater Cincinnati Chapter newsletter ten times per
year, which is filled with helpful articles and tips for anyone dealing with an
ostomy. Your donation also helps us fund our meetings (6 per year), our
youth program, our visitor and visitor training programs, our literature, our web
site, as well as other activities.
